(1) In general, it is best to install environmental friendly air conditioners in the middle of the building to minimize the air supply resistance of the air duct and shorten the length of the installed duct; If possible, install environmentally friendly air conditioners in the dominant wind direction of the cooling environment.
(2) Environmentally friendly air conditioners can be installed on walls, roofs, or outdoor floors, but the installation environment should ensure smooth and fresh air, especially at exhaust outlets with odor or odorous gases, such as toilets, kitchens, etc. If there are not enough doors or windows, special exhaust fans should be installed, and the exhaust volume should ensure that it reaches 80% to 90% of the total air supply volume of the environmentally-friendly air conditioner.
(3) In the installation position of the environmental friendly air conditioner, it is necessary to ensure that its rack structure can support the weight of the entire environmental friendly air conditioner host body, air supply pipes at the machine outlet, and maintenance personnel.
(4) During installation, attention should be paid to sealing and waterproofing the pipes between indoor and outdoor to avoid rainwater leakage.
(5) If installed indoors. The air supply pipe must match the model of the air conditioner, and suitable air supply pipes must be designed according to the actual installation environment and the number of air outlets (longer pipes generally use a variable diameter method).
(6) In general, the design of pipelines should be as short as possible, with branches minimized to minimize wind resistance and noise.
