Precautions for the Use of Industrial Humidifiers
When using an industrial humidifier for the first time, it should be placed at room temperature for half an hour before being turned on. In addition, do not turn it on without water.
Use ambient temperature between 10-40 degrees and use clean water with a temperature lower than 40 degrees.
Keep the machine away from other household appliances when working.
Please do not add additives produced by non-professional production lines or supervisors into the water.
Do not place the industrial humidifier on a hollow object to avoid resonance noise.
Do not connect tap water containing stains, dirt, oil stains, acidity, alkalinity, etc. into the industrial humidifier for humidification, and always keep the surface of the transducer clean and hygienic.
The atomization module in the internal water tank of the industrial humidifier and the inner wall of the box must be cleaned regularly, usually once every 2-3 months.
When the industrial humidifier system is not used for a long time, excess water in the water tank should be drained to prevent water from soaking in the atomization module for a long time, which will accelerate the aging rate and affect the service life of the humidifier.
When using this machine for a long time, if the problem still cannot be solved after the above steps, please replace the transducer or atomization module.
