Warmly accept inquiries from customers, introduce in detail the specifications, models, performance characteristics, and technical advantages of the series of products, and send product samples and related materials at the request of customers.
In-sale Service:
Provide users with professional, economical and reasonable configuration application solutions. If users have special needs, they can come to design and configure application solutions according to the usage environment.
Quality Assurance:
1. All products of the company are designed and produced in strict accordance with relevant national standards, and all products produced meet the quality standards set by the factory standard, ministry standard and national standard;
2. The product quality is subject to the requirements of three guarantees (repair, replacement and return) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Feizhong Product Quality Supervision Regulations";
3. Matters that are not the responsibility of the supplier shall be resolved through negotiation between the two parties after the demander puts them forward.
After-sales Service:
1. Users can enjoy free warranty service for one year from the date of purchase; maintenance is free during the warranty period. If the parts are damaged or malfunctioned outside the warranty period, only the parts fee will be charged for replacement and repair, and no working hours will be charged.
2. After the product is repaired, if the same spare part is damaged or malfunctioned due to quality problems within six months, it can be replaced or repaired for free.
3. The 24-hour service hotlines across the country are in charge of special personnel, and they can accept inquiries, complaints and repair requests from users at any time.
4. Within the urban area where the product service centre is located, on-site service will be provided within 48 hours after receiving the call from the user for repair; in other areas, the user should send or ship the faulty machine to the service centre. The repair is sent back to the customer within three working days.
