1.Scroll Compressor:

The whole machine adopts a famous brand of high-efficiency scroll compressor.
The portable water chiller is equipped with overheating protection. In order to avoid liquid shock when the compressor is just started, an oil heating belt of appropriate power is installed at the bottom of each compressor to heat the compressor when the power is turned on and stopped.

2. Heat Exchanger:

The shell and tube high-efficiency heat exchanger is optimized and designed by computer to optimize parameters and ensure the best heat exchange efficiency;
Advanced high-efficiency heat transfer tubes greatly improve the heat transfer coefficient, reduce the size of the heat exchanger, and save installation space.

3. Electrical Control:

Internationally renowned brand electronic control components and industrial and programmable controllers;
Large-screen LCD monitor displays various operating parameters of the control equipment;
High and low voltage protection, exhaust overheating, motor overheating, overcurrent protection, phase loss, reverse phase protection, water cutoff protection, antifreeze protection, etc., with complete automatic protection functions, ensuring high reliability of product operation;

4. Expansion Valve:

Pressure holding test lasting 12 hours;

6. Convenient For Transportation, Installation And Debugging

All pipeline connections have been completed for all portable water chiller unit before leaving the factory, and refrigerant has been charged, and factory testing has been carried out. After installing the equipment, connect the water source and power cord, add an appropriate amount of refrigerant, and press the "Start" button. Ensure the normal operation of the product.
