Application and maintenance of industrial dehumidifier in basement warehouse

In most units or enterprises, there is a common phenomenon: using a basement or semi basement space as a raw material warehouse or finished product transfer warehouse for enterprise products can not only reduce the economic cost of enterprise operation, but also improve the utilization rate of enterprise plants. However, how to control the ambient air humidity in the basement is often a headache for users.
The second issue to consider when selecting an industrial dehumidifier for a basement warehouse is the discharge of condensate from the dehumidifier. Some supporting facilities in public welfare activities, such as the basement power distribution room of a gymnasium, the underground garage of a large shopping plaza, and the commodity warehouse of a large supermarket, can suffer from varying degrees of humidity invasion.
If not addressed, the potential safety hazards of underground garages are quite high, and vehicle skidding and "drifting" can easily lead to safety accidents. However, many people have understood the maintenance methods for industrial dehumidifiers, but this does not mean that everyone knows is correct. So, exactly how to maintain industrial dehumidifiers is correct?
1. Pay attention to the internal hygiene of industrial dehumidifiers when using them daily. Because dry air comes out through the interior of the machine body, such as dirty inside of industrial dehumidifiers, the human body is also prone to infection. The air filter should be cleaned weekly, the condenser should be kept clean, and attention should be paid to timely pouring off the water stored in the face;
2. When cleaning an industrial dehumidifier, gently wipe it with a damp cloth without using other detergents. It is also recommended not to use detergent for internal cleaning, as it may affect internal parts;
3. The preferred operating temperature range for industrial dehumidifiers is 15 ℃ to 40 ℃, so it is important to avoid placing industrial dehumidifiers in areas that are too high or too low in temperature. When using an industrial dehumidifier, it should be noted not to tilt or invert, and that the body should be placed flat;
4. Do not use industrial dehumidifiers excessively, as if the humidity of indoor air is below 30%, the human body will also feel uncomfortable. Therefore, it is recommended that the control humidity of industrial dehumidifiers should be within the range of 50% to 60%.
