2. Reasonable Energy Control
(1) Under the minimum load (25%), the compressors of each refrigeration system start with star-delta step-down, which reduces the starting electric current and the impact on the power grid effectively ;
(2) Flexible energy adjustment can make the unit adjust the energy between 25% and 100% (step-less energy adjustment) continuously, ensuring the compressor performance to full play, helping customers save running costs to the greatest extent;
(3) The heat recovery unit adopts heat collector technology, and the heat recovery capacity in summer can reach 30% to 40% of the cooling capacity, and the heat recovery capacity of the process chiller can reach up to 75% in winter.
