Usage Requirements of Precision Air Conditioner
Regularly strengthen or replace the belt of the precision air conditioner indoor unit fan. Due to the material, the belt of the precision air conditioner indoor unit fan in the computer room will eventually age, loosen or even break after long-term uninterrupted use, resulting in reduced fan speed or even stop, affecting the air supply volume and reducing the cooling effect.
Clean the outdoor filter of the precision air conditioner in the machine room. Because the filter is too dirty or even blocked, it will cause the compressor low pressure alarm and the refrigeration system failure.
Regularly clean or replace the humidification tank. After working for a long time, the inside of the humidification tank will be rusted and scaled, and the external heating electrode of the humidification tank will also be rusted, which will affect the humidification effect.
Regularly clean the cooling fins of the precision air conditioner outdoor unit. When the heat sink of the precision air conditioner outdoor unit accumulates too much dirt and dust, it is necessary to clean the heat sink in time. The heat sink of the outdoor unit of the precision air conditioner needs to be cleaned regularly, at least once every six months. The cleaning of the heat sink of the outdoor unit can be carried out under the normal working condition of the precision air conditioner in the machine room.
Regularly clean the filter screen of the return air outlet of the indoor unit of the precision air conditioner. After taking out the filter, if there is only dust on the filter, just dust it off or use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the dust; if the filter is seriously clogged, rinse it with a neutral detergent and dry it.
Regularly alternately use the main and standby units of the precision air conditioner. This can prolong the service life of the unit.
The humidity should not be set too high or too low to avoid frosting or condensation. The temperature and humidity parameter setting standard for precision air conditioners is generally 22±1° for temperature and 60±5° for humidity.
