In this month September, our factory made a shipment and installation of chiller and air handling unit(AHU), the user is located in HeNan province, China which is a coal mine processing company. The below 4 photos are the site of making shipment at our factory.
This type of combination is, an industrial chiller gets connected with an AHU, so the chiller generates chilled water at 7℃ or other degrees, provides chilled water to AHU, the chilled water cools the air in the AHU, the cooled air is discharged of the AHU by a component which is called centrifugal air fan, goes through the air ducts then is distributed to the area where the cooled air is needed.
The below photos are the site of installation, both of the machines have very big dimensions and very heavy, so they were carried by a crane. The installation steps are generally like this:
1.Place the machines on a specified based.
2.Connect the chiller and AHU via copper pipes, power cables, water pipes etc
3.Get air ducts connected with AHU, another end goes into the room space, mounted in the ceiling, to distribute the cooled air
