Select An Air Conditioner For Warehouse

There is a warehouse, storing metal and plastic auto parts, an area of 2600 square meters, the height of 7 meters, daily work staff has 3 people, usually the highest ambient temperature of 35℃, the lowest ambient temperature of 20℃ in winter. The current indoor temperature is 32℃ and needs to be reduced to 28℃. How many kilowatts of cooling capacity are needed?

In order to accurately estimate the required cooling capacity (kW) for this warehouse for storing metal and plastic auto parts, we can calculate from the actual load combined with the site conditions.
1. Basic information
Area and height of the warehouse 2600㎡ and 7 meters, volume =2600 × 7=18200m³
32℃ needs to be cooled down to 28℃, the highest ambient temperature 35℃, 3 workers make a very low heat load, metal and plastic auto parts have no heat, purpose of storage, not a production area.
2. Load calculation idea

This warehouse is a typical scene with low personnel density, no process heating, and no sealed heat source.
The main heat source comes from

-The building envelope is heated by solar radiation
