How to clean the chiller? We should distinguish between water cooling and air cooling. Water-cooled chillers are mainly used to remove scale on the chiller. The cleanup period depends on the water quality. If the water quality is poor, it should be cleaned at least once every 12 months; if the water quality is good, it can be cleaned every 2 years on average.
Air-cooled chillers use air as the cooling medium. Since there is often dust in the air, some dust will stick to the outer surface of the condenser fins. After a period of time, the cooling effect of the chiller condenser will gradually deteriorate. The local environment is harsh and prone to aging. Therefore, the chiller should be maintained and cleaned regularly.
The cleaning method of the air-cooled chiller is: the chiller has a lot of dirt during maintenance and cleaning, and non-corrosive cleaning agents should be used to clean the heat dissipation pipes and fins to achieve the purpose of improving heat dissipation.

1. Remove the parts
If you want to clean the chiller, you must disassemble it first, because the parts to be cleaned are not easy to see inside the machine. The various parts of the chiller cross each other, the circuit is complicated, and it is difficult to disassemble. This is to understand the overall structure of the chiller.
2. Connection between cleaning equipment and condenser
After disassembling in the previous step,
Find the water inlet direction of the condenser, connect it to the water inlet or outlet of the water pump, and then use tools to heat the pipe.
3. Dosing and cleaning
After each step is completed, after the pipeline is connected, rinse it with clean water for about 20 times, then drain the sewage, and repeat 3 times. After the cleaning is completed, the most important dosing cleaning is completed. Of course, its pH must be kept between 4-5 and kept for 2-3 hours. Finally, the drug is eliminated, and then the residual drug is washed to keep the pH value at 6.5.
4. Put it back to its original state
After cleaning, the installation is complete.
