This series of unitary air conditioning system is the latest air conditioner series designed and developed by our factory. Our unitary small AC design is reasonable, and has the advantages of compact structure, small body movement, light weight, low noise, safe operation, high reliability, etc., and can be widely used in national defense, scientific research, culture, education, health, and pharmaceutical industries and air conditioning in different environments such as factories, hotels, shopping malls etc.

 

Feature and Advantage

The unitary products air conditioner has four major characteristics in terms of performance: high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and health. The unitary ac unit adopts a fully enclosed scroll compressor with high energy efficiency ratio (EER).

◆ Taking Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) and Partial Load Energy Efficiency Ratio (IPLV) as optimization targets, system matching theory is fully introduced, computer-aided design technology is widely used, and the structural parameters of each component of the refrigeration system are optimally designed (selected), so that each component in the system. The performance matching between components is reasonable, so that it can form a complete whole to ensure its efficient and reliable operation under various working conditions throughout the year.

◆ Comprehensively apply modern control technology and optimize the control model to ensure that the operating mode of the unit adapts to changes in working conditions throughout the year and improve the seasonal energy efficiency ratio of the unit.

◆ Comprehensive introduction of fresh air heat recovery technology can recover the energy of exhaust air to achieve the purpose of energy saving. Modularization technology can be used to organically integrate the fresh air heat recovery device and unit control. On the one hand, it can recover a large amount of energy, reduce operating costs, and improve the energy-saving index of the unit. On the other hand, it can reduce equipment investment and save the space occupied by the unit. At the same time, it can provide users with fresh air, improve indoor air quality, effectively reduce the incidence of air-conditioning diseases, and ensure the health of indoor personnel.

◆ One machine with multiple functions, high operating efficiency throughout the year. The fresh air ventilator interface can be reserved, and the user can configure the fresh air ventilator. In the transition season and winter, the unit can automatically introduce the outdoor low-temperature air into the room to achieve the purpose of ventilation and cooling, and can also reduce the operation of the host time, in order to achieve the purpose of energy saving. This feature is especially suitable for occasions that require ventilation in transitional seasons and cooling in winter.

◆ The unitary ac can choose environment-friendly working fluid (R22, R407C, R134a), select environment-friendly materials, and adopt new technologies and processes that meet the requirements of environmental protection, so that the whole process of the unit can fully meet the requirements of environmental protection.

◆ The unitary air conditioning system can be equipped with an automatic control sterilization device to ensure clean air in the air-conditioned room.

◆ All types of units have been equipped with refrigerant when they leave the factory, which is more convenient for installation and debugging.
