Air Cooled Scroll Chiller

1. For scroll compressor chiller with multiple compressor heads, the micro-computer will memory the running time of each compressor automatically, and the less running time compressor will be startup at the next time; when unloading is required, the longer running time compressor will also be prioritized are unloaded and shut down to comply each compressor balanced operation and extend the service life of the whole unit.

2. In order to meet the different temp requirements of industrial cooling and freezing in all walks of life, we used different series of scroll-type industrial special compressors. The freezing water outlet temp is from 15°C to -35°C. The excellent technology ensures stable work under extreme conditions; the inverter scroll chiller can deliver water in various low-temperature. After adding appropriate antifreeze to the chilled water side, the outlet water temperature can be achieved at 0~-35°C. The commonly used antifreeze solvents include ethylene glycol, sodium chloride and calcium chloride. it is recommended that customers set different concentrations of antifreeze solutions according to the outlet water temperature in the application.

3. The scroll chiller adopts an internationally advanced fully enclosed scroll compressor for industrial refrigeration. The compressor's compression efficiency and the heat exchanger's exchange heat efficiency have been improved to ensure efficient operation of the unit significantly.

4. The scroll water chiller adopts Feizhong's self-developed unit energy-saving control program to ensure that the unit can adjust the operating status according to the set working conditions automatically, and ensure the unit's stable operation and energy saving to the greatest extent.

5. The box-type industrial chillers have a simple structure and good human-machine interface. Within the unit's safe operation range, the operating conditions can be set freely. the unit can operate by itself and perform energy adjustment in real-time, which is easy to operate once set.

6. The evaporator of the low-temperature saltwater type unit is processed by imported high-efficiency anti-corrosion materials. It is not a common material for anti-corrosion treatment, so as to ensure the working life without affecting the heat exchange efficiency and avoid the evaporator caused by the refrigerant corrosion perforation, causing permanent damage to the unit effectively.

7. The industrial scroll chiller has a complete protection system. All unit failures are displayed on the operation screen in Chinese/English, which can effectively avoid damage to the unit under harsh working conditions, effectively protect the unit's safe operation, and prolong the unit working life. Standard protections include compressor overload protection, compressor overheat protection, water pump overload protection, cooling fan overload protection (air-cooled type), refrigeration system high-pressure protection, refrigeration system low-pressure protection, insufficient water flow protection, antifreeze protection, anti-frequent start protection and power wrong/loss phase, over and under voltage protection. The scroll unit adopts an independent modular design to realize the capacity combination free, easy to use and high reliability.
